We listen, act, and love.
My name is Constance Chappell, and I want to help those suffering from emotional pain and daily mental health challenges. My experience is helping young people, children, families, teens, young adults, older people, substance use and addiction issues and diverse populations. The focus of my practice is strength-based trauma-informed care and how trauma during any stage of life can impact everything we do, think and feel.
The focus of my practice is strength-based trauma-informed care and how trauma during any stage of life can impact everything we do, think and feel. I use several modalities including Psychoanalytical, CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused,Culturally Competent, EFT, MI and trauma care and complex trauma care.
Early in my career I worked as a geriatric social worker and next came working with substance use disorders. I wanted more knowledge about mental health and the brain which led to being a LPC in Oregon. I get the honor of helping people who are suffering from mental health challenges. I love being a therapist and authentically care and want to help!
